Huck’s Slingshot Sweepstakes – Official Rules

1. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to persons who are legal residents of, and physically located within, the states of Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Missouri, and Tennessee, and who are twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of entry or as of Monday, June 15, 2026. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. Employees, officers and representatives and members of the immediate families (i.e., parents, spouses, siblings, children, grandparents, step parents, step children and step siblings, and their respective spouses, and those living in the same household, whether or not related) of Hucks, and their respective affiliated companies, parent companies, subsidiaries, participating promotional partners, retailers, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, webmasters and any company involved in the creation, design, execution, production, or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”) are not eligible. All entries submitted in compliance with these Official Rules and not disqualified or void are considered “Eligible Entries”. All entries are the property of Hucks.

2. How To Enter

There are three (3) methods of Sweepstakes entry:

(a) Entry by Purchase: Purchase any two (2) or more products of Coca-Cola® aka Coke®, Pepsi®, Jack Link’s®, Red Bull®, Dr. Pepper® , Frito-Lay®, Monster Energy®, or 5-hour Energy® from a participating Hucks location in a single transaction during the Entry Period and scan your applicable Huck’s Bucks Bigg Rewards member barcode or enter your phone number associated with your Huck’s Bucks Bigg Rewards account at checkout when making your qualifying purchase. You will only receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry regardless of the number of qualifying products purchased in excess of two (2) products in a single transaction. (b) Entry by use of Huck’s Bucks Bigg Rewards Points. If an Entrant has of Huck’s Bucks Bigg Rewards

(c) Entry Without Purchase. To enter without purchase, an Entrant may obtain an entry by mail, Entrants must hand print their first and last name, residence address, telephone number, e-mail address, date of birth, and include Entrant’s signature to certify your eligibility to participate in the program, consent to and compliance with these Official Rules, the Privacy Policy, and all applicable regulations, on a 3” x 5” card, place the card in an envelope with proper first-class postage affixed, and mail the envelope to “HUCK’S SLINGSHOT SWEEPSTAKES c/o Loyalty at M&B, PO Box 451, Carmi, Illinois 62821”. Mailed entries must be postmarked no earlier than Monday, June 15, 2026, and must be received at the above address no later than Monday, August 31, 2026, regardless of when it was post-marked. There is a limit of one (1) 3”x 5” card per stamped, outer envelope. A mailed entry submitted in accordance with these Official Rules will result in the Entrant obtaining one (1) entry in the Sweepstakes.

3. Prize

There is one (1) prize available to be won: one (1) 2025 Polaris Slingshot R (“Slingshot” or “Prize”). Approximate Retail Value (also known as the “verifiable retail value”) of the Slingshot is Thirty-three Thousand Seventy-six Dollars and No Cents ($33,076.00) USD.

a. Car Corral of Carmi (“Dealer”) will retain possession of the Slingshot and its title. Hucks will maintain insurance coverage until the Prize Winner has officially claimed the Slingshot and completed all required paperwork with the Dealer.

b. The Prize Winner will not be provided possession or the keys to the Slingshot until the official title has been transferred and all paperwork is complete.

c. An additional cash prize will be awarded to the Prize Winner to cover the sales tax due upon transfer of ownership of the Slingshot from the Dealer to the Prize Winner. The cash prize will be determined based on the Illinois Department of Revenue’s Illinois Private Party Vehicle Use Tax. Based on the Slingshot’s estimated value at ownership transfer, the cash prize could range from Two Thousand Nine Hundred Dollars and No Cents ($2,900.00) to Three Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($3,000.00). If the cash prize does not fulfill the Prize Winner’s sales tax obligations, then the Prize Winner acknowledges the Prize Winner will be required to pay the difference. The Prize Winner is solely responsible for all other taxes resulting from winning the Prize.

Prize value is determined based on market rates at the time of promotion planning and are subject to change without notice. In the event of an increase in the cost of the Slingshot, the total Prize value may be adjusted accordingly.

4. Winner Selection and Notification

12. Request for Name of Winner and Official Rules

All requests for a copy of the Official Rules and for the name of the Winners must be made by March 1, 2027. For the name of the Winner and/or Official Rules: (i) send a self-addressed, stamped envelope postmarked to HUCK’S SLINGSHOT SWEEPSTAKES c/o Loyalty at M&B, PO Box 451, Carmi, Illinois 62821; and (ii) write “Winners Name” and/or “Official Rules” on the lower left-hand corner of the envelope.
