We know that we are living in a different time right now. That’s why we are reaching out. Some of the things we are doing to ensure your safety and to slow the spread of COVID-19 in our stores:
We are monitoring social distancing and the number of customers in our stores at any given time to ensure compliance with CDC recommendations.
Each associate is in the process of or has undergone extensive additional training related to best practices to ensure our stores are cleaned and sanitized properly, along with teaching and monitoring best practices to prevent any type of contamination from poor hygiene practices. We have discontinued operating our roller grills, started wrapping all bakery items and changed procedures regarding our food offerings to ensure customer safety.
Daily Cleaning Regimen
We have developed a program that allows us to remotely monitor our stores to ensure cleaning and sanitizing standards are met throughout the day and evening.
Creation of Leadership Task Force
Our leadership team is meeting multiple times each week to ensure in stock conditions are met, cleanliness standards are adhered to and we are following the latest recommendations from the CDC. Each meeting ends with several new best practices to implement to ensure we are taking care of our customers and associates.
