Official Rules

1. Sponsor

Martin & Bayley, Inc. d/b/a Huck’s Market (“Sponsor”), 1311 A West Main St., Carmi, IL 62821.

2. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Central Time (CT) on October 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. CT on October 31, 2026 (“Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device. The random drawing will be conducted after the Promotion Period ends (expected on or about early November 2026).

3. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the states of Illinois, Missouri, Kentucky, Tennessee, and Indiana who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Void wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) or household members of any of the foregoing are not eligible.

4. How to Enter

There are two equal methods of entry:

A. Social Media Entry (No Purchase Necessary)
During the Promotion Period, locate the official Huck’s Sweepstakes post on the designated social media platform(s). In a comment on that official post (or as otherwise directed in the post), tag three (3) friends. Each valid comment that tags three distinct friends during the Promotion Period will count as one (1) entry.

Your social media account must be public (or otherwise allow Sponsor to view the entry) for the entry to be valid. Multiple comments tagging three friends are permitted, subject to the platform’s terms and any limits stated in the official post.

B. Free Mail-In Entry (Alternative Method of Entry – No Purchase Necessary)
Hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, telephone number, email address, age, and the words “Huck’s Outdoor Gear Sweepstakes” on a 3″ × 5″ card. Mail it in a standard envelope with proper postage to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by October 31, 2026, and received by November 7, 2026. Limit one mail-in entry per outer envelope. Mail-in entries receive the same chance of winning as social media entries.

Any attempt to exceed entry limits, use automated/scripted methods, or submit fraudulent entries may result in disqualification of all related entries.

5. Prizes

One winner will be selected to receive outdoor gear prizes that may include coolers, chairs, a grill, a pop-up tent, and/or other similar items as determined by Sponsor (exact prize package(s) and Approximate Retail Value will be confirmed in the official promotional posts and/or winner notification).

Prizes are non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if any advertised prize becomes unavailable. Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs or expenses not expressly included.

Sponsor will deliver prizes within a reasonable time after winner verification (generally within 30 days of confirmation where required by applicable law).

6. Winner Selection & Odds

Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Potential winners will be notified by direct message, comment, email, or phone and may be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability/Publicity Release, and any required tax forms within a stated time period (typically 7–10 days). Failure to respond or complete required documents may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

7. Conditions of Participation

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winners grant Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, city/state, and prize information for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

8. Release & Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. Entrants waive any right to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages (except for actual out-of-pocket costs).

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, or misdirected entries; technical failures; platform outages; private accounts that prevent verification; or unauthorized intervention. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the promotion.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

All issues shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Venue shall be exclusively in the state or federal courts located in White County, Illinois. Class actions are not permitted.

10. Winners List

For the names of the winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope within 30 days after the end of the Promotion Period to:

11. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy available at hucks.com (or the applicable social media platform’s policies for social entries).
